Join Walter P. Moore for this informative session on waterproofing.
This presentation will provide a collaborative understanding of engineering solutions to prevent surface and subsurface site drainage water infiltration into new and existing buildings. Design and engineering techniques for site drainage, soil and geotechnical techniques, and civil/site water management will be discussed. A review of below-grade waterproofing systems for new construction and existing buildings will be presented. Below-grade water infiltration investigation techniques will be explored. An engineering approach for water management and risk analysis will be discussed to develop a rationale for various water management solutions for the site, building exterior, and below-grade foundations.
This program is worth 1 HSW and lunch will be provided.
