This session will discuss how to manage design with an emphasis on profitability. Karen Erger and Scott Fillmore with Lockton will focus on risk management. Next, David Richards, FAIA, Chair of the AIA Practice Management Knowledge Community, will share approaches on managing profitable projects. To wrap up the day, we will have a panel on approach and management of WBE/MBE projects.
