ABOUT THE PROJECT
Hoefer Welker’s Headquarters needed a new space to call home, as we outgrew our previous office. In the summer of 2023, after nearly 13 years of managing seven departments across two floors, we transitioned to 46 Penn Centre on the Country Club Plaza. This move allowed us to create a unified space that brought everyone together. Now occupying the entire 14 floor with 26,229 sq. ft. of space, our in-house designers created a workplace that offers a variety of spaces that encourage creativity, knowledge sharing, and collaboration.
The office features a neutral color palette, natural patterns, and expansive windows. From creating a custom interior design library and design lab to enhance creative capabilities, to multiple café areas, a kitchen, and an outdoor terrace offering breathtaking views of the Plaza and downtown Kansas City. Our workspace embodies hospitality, collaboration, creativity, and lastly, reflects our commitment to crafting high-quality work environments for all.
