The AIA Equity in Architecture Committee will be hosting a 9-part conversation series structured around the AIA Guides for Equitable Practice. Each session will be facilitated by a group of local chapter volunteers, and will give participants the chance to learn about best practices and tools to bring about meaningful change to our practices and our communities in the interest of diversity and equity.
Our eighth in this series will be held on June 23rd from 5pm - 6pm and will cover the topic "Advancing Careers". This session will be led by DLR Group.
Zoom format will be the platform and will feature a short presentation from the member firms, followed by breakout room sessions for discussion with fellow AIA members.
These sessions are free to AIA Kansas City members. This program is worth 1 AIA LU.
