Do you have a project in Kansas City, Missouri that is held to the new energy code? Staff from KCMO’s Planning Department will walk through the steps for successfully submitting drawings under the 2021 IECC for your commercial and residential projects. The presentation will provide guidance on process changes, amendments, structural/fire rating changes, commissioning, and inspection compliance.
Hosted by AIA Kansas City and Building Energy Exchange KC, this kicks off an on-going education series supported by DOE’s Resilient and Efficient Codes Implementation Program to help cities implement updated energy codes for buildings.
This program is worth 1 HSW (pending). Lunch will be provided for those who attend in person. For those who attend on Zoom, you must attend the full session in order to get AIA credit. If you leave the Zoom meeting early, no credit will be reported.
