This panel format discussion will focus on meeting building and fire codes while also adhering to the Standards for Rehabilitation in adaptive re-use projects for historic buildings. Historic Preservation Specialist Rachel Nugent with Rosin Preservation and an architect Paul Stark with SWD Architects will highlight case studies of best practices, programs, and solutions that overcome the challenge of applying modern building codes to historic buildings.
