Join the Young Architect’s Forum for an evening of watercolor with distinguished faculty and artist, Otto Chanyakorn. The workshop will focus on using watercolor for developing architectural design concepts through various drawing typologies. Otto is an avid watercolor painter who has actively engaged in teaching design and visual communication for more than a decade. He is a recipient of the Gabriel Prize and the Civita Institute Drexler Family Diversity Fellowship. Otto is currently a faculty member at the College of Architecture, Planning, and Design (APDesign) at Kansas State University (K-State), where he teaches design studio, drawing, and watercolor painting, focusing on observational, design thinking, and experiential dimensions in design.
